Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance (Wikipedia). I believe that we learn from many disciplines and from many teachers. Throughout my career as a teacher, whether that is in yoga, cooking or health, I have found that the most effective way to guide is through listening and offering many ways to look back on ourselves to get to the main source - happiness.
